The Bible says, in Matthew 18:18, “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven.” (NKJV).
From that, we can deduce that we must first bind or loose a thing on earth before it can be so in Heaven. Thus, we are to be the proactive party, in prayer & deeds, if we want Heaven to react to our needs & desires.
